Préservation du patrimoine
The non-profit organization “Ligue des Amis du Château de Vêves” is proud to animate and oversee the preservation of local heritage, with particular focus on the heritage of its castle, the Château de Vêves.
Initiated by the Liedekerke Beaufort family, who have been preserving this heritage for over 600 years, the non-profit organization has two main missions:
- To welcome families and children, introducing them to local heritage. We are truly committed to sharing the HISTORY of the castle and its life in a family-friendly and fun atmosphere. Our priority is for families to enjoy a timeless moment while having fun and learning!
- To maintain the entire building (structures, roof, painting, stonework, etc.) and the collections provided by the family.
A big thank you to our teams for the extraordinary work they do every day, and to our benefactors who each contribute in their own way to these missions.
